In just over a month I’ll be moving, and then about seven months later I’ll be moving again. So today became organize Laura’s closet day… it took awhile. But between cleaning yesterday and ruthlessly sorting through my clothes today, I remembered how relaxing it can be after all is said and done to feel organized. I still need to go get some cardio in once I finish my cooking for the week (I’ll put the quick and easy recipe I’m making at the bottom), but I feel accomplished and it feels way better than just sitting and studying all weekend. It’s a nice reminder that even the little things are still better than sitting on the couch!
Preheat oven to 350, top the chicken with Garlic and Pepper (I use a little sea salt too) and bake for 30 min/until Chicken is cooked.
Enjoy with veggies! I’ll be making asparagus or green beans tonight.
