New Chicken Recipe and new studio in MN

11 Jun

Well things are starting to find normal again, still going to take a little work. But tonight after EMT class I went to a pole class (www.knockoutbodies.com for those of you interested in MN) and then came home and made a chicken salad with some fresh greens my future mother-in-law sent home with me last time I saw them.

The chicken was cooked in coconut oil and sprinkled with ginger, chili, cayenne pepper, and cumin. I didn’t measure anything but the ratios need some tweaking. I’m thinking mainly ginger and cayenne with just touches of chili and cumin. I’ll have to play with it but the overall taste was really yummy! I added that over the mixed greens and used the oil with spices as a light dressing. Anyone else have good coconut oil recipes? I’m on a kick but have limited ideas…

I have been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.

What do you think?
