It’s been a couple weeks since New Year’s and I think right about now is when it’s easy to start forgetting resolutions or… if you’re one of the new gym members… start sliding on workouts. We get back to our real life after the holidays and all of a sudden forget that we promised to stop eating those holiday chocolates everyday (yep…) or that we were going to make this year even better. So, just a reminder, your habits weren’t built in 11 days and they aren’t going to break in 11 days. But stick with it and they will break 🙂
