    Dear Laura,
    So far your recipes are not exactly my taste, but as you know i’m still working on my fear of green things. On the other hand, your workouts are pretty good and i like what you’re doing with them. I’ve started to use some of your workout exercises and incorporate them into my routine. The strength conditioning seems to be working as I am getting stronger and more flexible. I can almost touch my feet again while bending forward, which I haven’t been able to do in two years. #backinjuriesareaweful. Keep up the good work. Miss you.

    I just came across your blog while searching for workouts you can do while injured. I’m currently recovering from a sever sprain, thanks to an old (20 years) ankle injury. It’s terrible because I finally started to become more fitness minded. I joined a challenge and lost 11 pounds in 3 months (not much, but still an accomplishment). I was running, and doing weight training, and I was also going to join a ballet class, and now, I’m not allowed to do any of it, and will be having ankle reconstruction surgery in the coming month. I’ve gained some of the weight back, and have been so frustrated, because I need to do something. So seeing that you were able to workout while wearing a boot is a great motivator. Hopefully I can tailor some of your workouts to my needs, and maybe I can get back on track, even though I won’t be able to do much for the next few months. So thanks!

      My ankle is also reconstructed, it’s very frustrating at times! Good luck with your recovery and I’m glad you found my blog!

    Just came across your blog and enjoying it! Its not easy being a wife, working full time and now a mom and stay fit but if you are determined you will do it well. Congratulations.

      Thank you! I know it’s going to be challenging but I have to believe it’s all about priorities and time management lol
